Non-Endoscopic Endo-nasal Dacryocystorhinostomy in a Saddle shaped nose: A Case Report

Introduction: Non Endoscopic endo-nasal dacryocystorhinostomy retains the benefit of an Endo-nasal approach and can be done without using expensive video endoscope or laser system.
 Case presentation: A 22 years old female presented with epiphora medial canthal mass in her left eye, accompanied by discharge recurrent conjunctival congestion since childhood. Physical examination revealed loss height nose am immobile non-tender below level tendon. On applying pressure over lesion there was mucopurulent from both upper lower punctum . The bridge very flat external dacryocystectomy a challenge. non-endoscopic endonasal silicon tube intubation planned. During procedure, bone than normal requiring more nibbling. Epiphora resolved immediately after surgery.
 Conclusion: Non-Endoscopic has doing it through space consuming video-endoscope making room for nibbling even narrow deformed nasal cavity.
